En milieu de travail, c\u2019est l\u2019ensemble des\nfacteurs en interaction qui constitue le creuset constitutif des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes et\ndes conditions. On ne peut pas appr\u00e9hender \u00ab&nbsp;le&nbsp;\u00bb travail, son\nsyst\u00e8me ou ses conditions, sans prendre en compte les informations et \u00e9nergies\nqui interagissent entre elles significativement. <br>\nAu sein de l\u2019ANI du 19 juin 2013, l\u2019article 3\nfait lui-m\u00eame r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 l\u2019\u00ab&nbsp;Approche syst\u00e9mique de la qualit\u00e9 de vie au\ntravail\u201d pour aborder l\u2019un des th\u00e8mes majeurs de la QVT : l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9\nfemmes-hommes et de fa\u00e7on plus large les non-discriminations au sein de\nl\u2019entreprise.<br>\nEt de m\u00eame aucune action concr\u00e8te du plan d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la QVT ne pourra\n\u00eatre conduite \u00e0 son terme avec succ\u00e8s si l\u2019on ne prend pas en compte l\u2019ensemble\ndes facteurs interagissants, ou du moins les facteurs principaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il semble par cons\u00e9quent de premi\u00e8re importance que les\nfondements de l\u2019approche syst\u00e9mique puissent \u00eatre suffisamment clairs aux yeux\nde ceux qui abordent la QVT. Nous trouvons dans l\u2019ouvrage d\u2019Etienne DESSOY,\n\u00ab&nbsp;L\u2019homme et son milieu&nbsp;\u00bb, des observations sur les \u00ab&nbsp;origines\nde l\u2019approche syst\u00e9mique&nbsp;\u00bb qui nous paraissent int\u00e9ressants \u00e0 de nombreux\n\u00e9gards (notamment dans les r\u00e9f\u00e9rences \u00e0 plusieurs disciplines crois\u00e9es).
