Au-del\u00e0 des d\u00e9finitions multiples qu\u2019on a tent\u00e9 de lui donner, des assimilations erron\u00e9es (aux risques psychosociaux ou \u00e0 la d\u00e9marche qualit\u00e9 par exemple..) et des instrumentalisations subies (du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 des hauts potentiels, ou du r\u00e9ductionnisme hygi\u00e9niste par exemple\u2026), le QVT reste quand m\u00eame accroch\u00e9e \u00e0 ses deux piliers&nbsp;: la recherche du bien-\u00eatre des salari\u00e9s, et le d\u00e9veloppement de la performance de l\u2019organisation.<br>Les premi\u00e8res organisations de travail, les premiers trait\u00e9s de management des Sum\u00e9riens il y a plus de 4000 ans, se pr\u00e9occupaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 de la coexistence de ces deux probl\u00e9matiques (cf. TOUTUT, 2007), qui se posent d\u00e8s qu\u2019une activit\u00e9 de travail apparait&nbsp;: comment bien faire le travail tout en prenant soin de soi&nbsp;? ou proposition inverse et \u00e9quivalente&nbsp;: comment bien s\u2019occuper de soi tout en faisant du bon travail&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette grande crise sanitaire des ann\u00e9es 20 bouleverse un grand nombre de donn\u00e9es, remet en question un grand nombre d\u2019acquis r\u00e9els ou jusque-l\u00e0 suppos\u00e9s. Labourant en profondeur nos organisations comme nos convictions, elle met \u00e0 jour un grand nombre de besoins dont la satisfaction n\u2019apparait dor\u00e9navant plus n\u00e9gociable, et elle laisse entrevoir une somme d\u2019exigences nouvelles auxquelles la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 va devoir r\u00e9pondre.<br>Dans le domaine du travail en particulier, deux grandes th\u00e9matiques vont questionner nos organisations professionnelles et nos entreprises pour de nombreuses ann\u00e9es, et inaugureront certainement des changements porteurs d\u2019\u00e9volution ou de r\u00e9volution&nbsp;: la question du sens, et la question des conditions de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, ces deux questions se sont toujours pos\u00e9es au travailleur. Le versement du salaire, d\u2019ailleurs le plus souvent jug\u00e9 pas \u00e0 la hauteur de son investissement, ne r\u00e9pond que partiellement \u00e0 des questions de fond, telles que&nbsp;:<br>-pourquoi travaille-t-il&nbsp;?<br>-pourquoi travaille-t-il de cette fa\u00e7on&nbsp;?<br>-quelles sont les finalit\u00e9s de ce travail&nbsp;?<br>Et tout naturellement le travailleur est amen\u00e9 \u00e0 mettre en balance les incertitudes ou les d\u00e9fauts de r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 ces questions, de nature existentielle, avec ce qui constitue son environnement et ses conditions de travail imm\u00e9diates, de nature mat\u00e9rielle.<br><br>La question de cette balance, celle du v\u00e9ritable enrichissement ou alourdissement cr\u00e9\u00e9 par le travail, peut se poser de mani\u00e8re aig\u00fce, \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de choix concernant sa situation professionnelle&nbsp;: par exemple lorsqu\u2019un autre type de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration peut lui arriver ind\u00e9pendamment d\u2019un travail proprement dit (allocations, trafic, revenu minimum garanti, ressources collaboratives etc..), lorsque son travail est \u00ab&nbsp;emp\u00each\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb pour de multiples raisons, ou bien encore lorsqu\u2019un autre type de travail lui est propos\u00e9. Dans la circonstance exceptionnelle que nous vivons \/ avons v\u00e9cue, le travail est rendu impossible ou son mode d\u2019exercice encadr\u00e9 par la r\u00e9glementation, alors que simultan\u00e9ment apparaissent des priorit\u00e9s de survie plus fondamentales mises&nbsp; en jeu. L\u2019impossibilit\u00e9 de consid\u00e9rer le travail comme on le faisait jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent invite en quelque sorte le travailleur \u00e0 se d\u00e9tacher de sa repr\u00e9sentation pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente du travail, afin de le mener autrement, ce qui constitue une double incitation&nbsp;: le consid\u00e9rer d\u2019un autre regard, et consid\u00e9rer autrement l\u2019organisation et les circonstances concr\u00e8tes de sa mise en oeuvre. La crise vient nous dire avec force et parfois brutalit\u00e9 que la question du sens est au coeur du travail, que selon la r\u00e9ponse donn\u00e9e les conditions du travail auront un impact sur la conduite.
