S\u2019en est suivi, du moins en Europe, une longue p\u00e9riode au cours de laquelle la pr\u00e9occupation de la pr\u00e9vention des risques psychosociaux a pris le pas sur la recherche de progr\u00e8s structurels concert\u00e9s\u00a0; l\u2019av\u00e8nement institutionnel de la QVT date comme on le sait de l\u2019ANI de 2013 (apr\u00e8s un long travail de pr\u00e9paration de l\u2019ANACT depuis les ann\u00e9es 2000). <br> Toutefois, un certain nombre de recherches et de r\u00e9flexions, se sont d\u00e9ploy\u00e9es d\u00e8s les ann\u00e9es 90, pionni\u00e8res \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque, autour des concepts de \u00ab\u00a0modernisation n\u00e9goci\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb ou de \u00ab\u00a0changement concert\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.
