Les difficult\u00e9s et tensions s\u2019accumulent de partout, aux plan international, national, et sectoriel, nous assistons \u00e0 un effondrement politique, environnemental, moral et intellectuel, lanc\u00e9 \u00e0 grande vitesse.<br>Sur le plan \u00e9conomique, je ne connais gu\u00e8re aujourd\u2019hui de secteur qui ne soit touch\u00e9 par la difficult\u00e9, sinon par la r\u00e9cession. Mais qu\u2019en est-il de notre psychologique et psychosocial\u00a0? pour beaucoup d\u2019entre nous, nous ne pouvons gu\u00e8re aller mieux quand tout va mal autour de nous. Mais il n\u2019est pas s\u00fbr que cette pens\u00e9e soit suffisante. Bien entendu, nous ne pouvons rester indiff\u00e9rent devant le malheur du monde et les difficult\u00e9s qui plombent notre monde jour apr\u00e8s jour\u00a0; tous les jours, des dirigeants, des repr\u00e9sentants syndicats, des cadres ou des ouvriers, nous rappellent que le monde va mal, que l\u2019entreprise va mal, et qu\u2019eux-m\u00eames ne se sentent plus tr\u00e8s bien. Mais donnons-nous juste les moyens de prendre un instant de hauteur si nous pouvons, et l\u2019on verra se distinguer peu \u00e0 peu une autre v\u00e9rit\u00e9\u00a0: les \u00e9v\u00e8nements qui nous touchent ne sont rien \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la fa\u00e7on dont on les re\u00e7oit, dont on les interpr\u00e8te, dont on en tire le\u00e7on. Observons les impacts des circonstances sur nous, mettons-les \u00e0 leur juste place relative, et observons les ressources nouvelles que l\u2019on peut tirer des choses sit\u00f4t que notre attitude int\u00e9rieure en appelle \u00e0 l\u2019esp\u00e9rance plut\u00f4t qu\u2019\u00e0 la d\u00e9sesp\u00e9rance, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9nergie plut\u00f4t qu\u2019\u00e0 la passivit\u00e9, au pari de la r\u00e9silience plut\u00f4t qu\u2019\u00e0 la plainte syst\u00e9matique et au repli peureux.<br>En 2025, au cabinet JPTc, nous continuerons plus que jamais \u00e0 cultiver une attitude de ferme positivit\u00e9, lucide mais cr\u00e9ative\u00a0: en travaillant \u00e0 faire \u00e9merger des solutions nouvelles tant notre esprit est riche d\u2019innovations et source d\u2019inattendu, \u00e0 trouver ensemble les outils techniques qui viendront en support aux valeurs humanistes que nous d\u00e9fendons, en d\u00e9fendant des mod\u00e8les socio-\u00e9conomiques de progr\u00e8s moral et soutenable, en continuant \u00e0 parler d\u2019am\u00e9lioration du bien-\u00eatre dans le travail toujours plus en relation avec la qualit\u00e9 des missions et l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 des r\u00e9alisations.<br>En 2025, notre cabinet annonce une \u00e9nergie renouvel\u00e9e, une \u00e9quipe toujours plus performante et en premi\u00e8re ligne, des interventions d\u00e9multipli\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de pr\u00e9vention des risques psychosociaux et d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail,\u00a0 une mont\u00e9e en puissance de la responsabilit\u00e9 soci\u00e9tale d\u2019entreprise, alors m\u00eame que le sens de la responsabilit\u00e9 semble de plus en plus lointain pour d\u2019autres. En 2025, nous d\u00e9velopperons des outils nouveaux pour \u00ab\u00a0la nouvelle QVCT\u00a0\u00bb, titre d\u2019un nouveau livre qui devrait voir le jour cette ann\u00e9e et prendre le relais de notre premier ouvrage \u00ab\u00a0la QVT\u00a0\u00bb paru en 2021. Plusieurs publications de notre \u00e9quipe marqueront l\u2019ann\u00e9e. En 2025, l\u2019Intelligence Artificielle bien s\u00fbr a fait son chemin dans nos mod\u00e8les, une IA performante mais ma\u00eetris\u00e9e et au service exclusif de nos besoins techniques, une IA qui ne pense pas \u00e0 notre place mais calcule rapidement et nous permet des analyses encore plus approfondies. 2025, ce sera aussi une ann\u00e9e de conf\u00e9rences, de d\u00e9bats anim\u00e9s, d\u2019interventions dans des colloques ou des associations professionnelles. En 2025, nos secteurs d\u2019intervention \u00e9conomique se sont \u00e9largis, nos modes d\u2019action aussi. En 2025, nous serons plus que jamais au service du d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique, \u00e9thique et humain, des personnes et de l\u2019entreprise.
